Info: Online re-sellership
The model I am following is online reseller-ship. Online reseller-ship means I don't specifically manufacture or produce the goods which I sell, but I try to look into the best price that can be offered for the product. The price I offer is competitive even for the likes of big local popular online shops.
Please do mind that I strictly impose these terms:
1. Product Warranties - In terms of product warranties for products I may sell, IF IT IS COVERED, I will provide the same warranty provided by my source. It is a must to keep the receipts as proof of our moving warranty period. Warranty covers apparent fault or breakdown of the product after some time with proper use. Warranty will be voided for apparent improper use or due to defects caused by customer's improper handling. Product's serial number will be traced in the receipts. IF IT IS NOT COVERED, no warranty can be provided.
2. Product Testing - For tools or devices, I may already open the package for operational testing with the supplier so as to ascertain product is functioning properly. Upon delivery, I will also allow the customer to test the product as well to his desire.
3. Terms of Payment - For products above P2,000 worth, I will require a 20% down payment. Otherwise, it will be Cash-on-Delivery (COD).
4. Shipping of goods - shipping is personally handled by me for a reasonable fee specially for products I carry which would require proper handling, and demonstration of proper use. For less bulky items and those that are not requiring product testing, we can pre-arrange whether it is going to be shipped via local courier channels at customer's expense, or shipped personally by me, again at a reasonable fee. Some products can be delivered free-of-charge within the vicinity of product source. If outside vicinity, Charge will be P50/3 kilometers - onwards up to the point of destination. Waze will be the gauge for distance charging. Food/consumables will be delivered with special handling, therefore, cannot be sent via local courier channels. Due to current transport limitations, I may not be able to further delivery to provincial areas and places outside of Metro Manila, but we could arrange to meet mid-way.
5. Lead Times - please allow 48 hours for goods to be delivered to you. For items requiring downpayment, counting will start upon receipt of the downpayment.
In addition to, you may have products of need which maybe not available in my catalogue at the moment, but you may let me know of it and look it for you and provide it to you at a competitive price.
